petreview.org (the "Website") is operated by Growthenomics LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company. Dripurr is a registered trademark of Growthenomics LLC.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website. We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of those changes.

petreview.org is owned and operated by Growthenomics LLC. Dripurr is a registered trademark of Growthenomics LLC — the same legal entity.

We own Dripurr, which ranked first in our cat water fountain test. Links to Dripurr go to our own store, and we receive the proceeds of those sales. Links to other fountains go to their retail listings; these are plain product links with no affiliate tracking, and we earn no commission when you purchase another brand's product through the Website.

Product testing was performed by a paid independent tester who had no prior relationship with Growthenomics LLC, and whose compensation was not tied to any ranking or outcome. Full details are on our Ownership & Disclosures page.

Reviews Are Opinion

Product scores, rankings, and recommendations on this Website reflect the subjective judgment of the tester based on a limited real-home trial, applying the scoring criteria described in our published methodology. They are statements of opinion, not statements of fact, and they are not a representation that any product will perform the same way for you or your pet.

No Guarantees

We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or reliability of third-party products or services linked from the Website. Prices and availability are determined by third-party merchants and are subject to change. Dispute Resolution

2. Binding arbitration. If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, seated in Wisconsin.
3. Individual basis. You agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of a class action.

Exceptions

Either party may seek relief in small claims court, or seek equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property rights or to enforce the arbitration agreement.

Modifications to Terms

We may modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Severability
